Stopping Smoking

I use a three session approach.  It’s an investment of your time well worth the effort to make this major change and make certain you stay stopped.   The single session approach has a much lower success rate.

  1. Preparation:  It’s helpful to break smoking habits and associations during the week before you quit.  At this session we will put together a workable plan taking into account all the usual cigarettes that you smoke and form the strategy for change.  I will go through EFT/tapping with you to deal with any cravings and also teach you trance which you will be using to help you be completely stress free and comfortable throughout.  
  2. Change:  This is the day to throw the switch, using hypnosis to “change” your mind.  It is all your own effort and achievement, however hypnosis does make this transition easy and comfortable.  You also are also given a personally recorded and individually tailored CD of motivational hypnosis and there is telephone support should you need it.
  3. Your Future:  The third session uses hypnosis to reinforce your new behaviour, map it into your future and gives you the boost in confidence and motivation to ensure long lasting success.
This approach has been tested (at follow up) to give a 95% success rate.
